2. Plug your Crystal into your smartphone using the cables provided. 

3. Open the app, and type in your desired frequency.

I.e: 432Hz, 528Hz, 693Hz etc - A list of suggested frequencies and their healing properties are provided with your crystal. 

4. Simply Press ‘Play’, and its ready to go!
