Our 15 Hz Crystal Technology is a handcrafted, battery-powered device intended for personal ritual and meditation use.

Battery & Electrical Safety

• Operates using a standard 9 V battery. Use only the recommended battery type.

• ALWAYS Ensure the battery is correctly aligned and securely connected before use. 

• Disconnect the battery when the device is not in use or is left unattended.

• Do not use the device if the battery, wiring, insulation or electrical connections appear damaged or loose.

• Never attempt to modify, dismantle or repair the electrical components.

• Do not expose the device to water, moisture or excessive heat.

• Do not place the device near flammable materials or cover it in a way that could trap heat during operation.

• If the device becomes unusually warm or hot, emits an unusual smell or behaves unexpectedly, discontinue use immediately. Disconnect the battery when safe to do so and do not resume use until the device has been checked.

• Do not use leaking, swollen or damaged batteries. Follow the battery manufacturer's handling and disposal instructions.

• Keep the device and batteries out of reach of children and pets.

General Care

• Handle your crystal technology with care. Crystals and internal components may be damaged by impact or dropping.

• Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Inspect the device and its electrical connections before each use. If the insulated wires are exposed and you can see the wires, please contact us for repair before continuing use.
