HOW TO USE TENSORS:
Tensor Rings may be incorporated into daily life and ritual practice in a variety of ways:
• Wear the tensor ring on the body as part of a conscious grounding practice while living/working/sleeping in modern electromagnetic environments.
• EMF-aware people may place rings around power cables or electrical cords/meter boxes.
• Sit or meditate with a ring nearby or in the hands for inner stillness, balance and presence.
• Place the tensor ring at the heart, solar plexus, or lower abdomen while lying down, allowing awareness to soften and settle inward.
• Place a glass or bottle of drinking water on or within the ring for several minutes as part of a conscious water ritual.
• Place a ring beneath the pillow or under the bed as a restful practice.
• Rest a ring around a plant pot as part of an electro culture gardening or plant-care practice.
• Sit quietly with the tensor ring during channelling practices, while connecting with spirit guides or higher insight. Gently place a ring on the head/crown during quiet rest or meditation.
• Place the tensor ring on an altar or sacred surface as the centre point to direct energy flow.
• Place the ring beside a candle, crystal, or bowl of water as part of a simple daily devotional ritual.
